Private Lessons with Sam B
Sam B
Sam (she/her) has been playing saxophone and clarinet since age 11 and flute since age 15. While studying music education at Central Washington University, Sam performed with the CWU jazz bands, concert bands, marching band, saxophone quartets, and jazz combos. During this time, she worked closely with saxophone professors Adam Pelandini, Chris Bruya, and Lewis Norfleet.
Sam's hope for her students goes beyond playing the notes on the page. She believes music teaches students that their hard work will result in success and a wholesome state of being. Sam's goal is to show students why people reach for the arts in times of happiness, sorrow, and everything in-between.
