MiniMeter for 3 & 4 Year Olds

MiniMeter for 3 and 4 year olds is a place for children to explore fundamentals of melody and rhythm through movement, singing, and percussion instruments. We ask that families drop off students for this class, but we welcome parents or caregivers to stay and observe the first couple of sessions if needed. Enrollment is continuous - new families can start anytime!

Elizabeth S

Elizabeth (she/her) is an experienced educator and musician. Originally from Illinois, she studied piano and flute from an early age into adulthood. She received her Bachelor's in Elementary Education with Music Specialty from Concordia University Chicago, where she played flute in the wind symphony and orchestra. Elizabeth brings years of experience as a classroom teacher and art/music teacher, and enjoys exploring a wide variety of genres with music students. She strives to create a supportive space where students can feel assured in their abilities and challenged to reach new goals. When not teaching or playing music, Elizabeth enjoys working on pottery, taking walks, and hanging out by Lake Washington with her family.
