Beginner Guitar for Kids
Rock out with us in group guitar! Total beginners are welcome to join this low-pressure class anytime. We'll work on rock riffs, strumming chords, note reading, and playing as a group.
Students should bring their own acoustic guitar (3/4 size is great at this age). Teacher will recommend a book to order after the first class :)

Join us in a fun, low-pressure environment and get started learning guitar! Total beginners are welcome, as well as those who may already know a few chords. We will learn guitar fundamentals and strum together through a variety of tunes.

Please note - Young-Chhaylee works with guitar and ukulele students up to intermediate level, and beginner vocalists.
Young-Chhaylee (he/him) is a singer-songwriter who has been part of the Seattle music community for over a decade and has performed all over the country. He aims to help students find joy in making music, and loves to see students challenge themselves to strum, sing, and write some of their own songs. Young-Chhaylee teaches guitar, voice, and ukulele at Meter.
